Unlock is our consultancy process which aims to swiftly transition from maturity assessment (if required) and identified challenge to the development of solid use cases. These cases are then transformed into a tangible reality through a Proof of Concept (PoC) with business case attached.

In the Deliver phase, we move from POC to MVP, training the solution on your data and integrating into your environment without disruption. The solution is continually monitored and can be iterated and improved over time.

Finding the priorities in your business

Ways to get started with your AI Solution​

Spark​

If you are looking to identify new ways AI could increase top line growth, we can run a full or half day Spark session to uncover new ideas for AI supported products, services or business models. This is a facilitated session combining inspiration, technical expertise and tried and tested methodologies to ensure innovative outcomes.

Hackathon

If you have an idea of a use case but aren’t sure how it might work or whether it will be valuable, we can run an intense 5-day Hackathon. Usually run at a single location, over the course of a week we move from initial idea to clickable prototype and high-level solution design. The Hackathon can also include a Spark session up-front if required for idea generation before one is chosen to progress to prototype.

Discover

Where a use case has already been identified, we can conduct a full investigation into technology and data feasibility including high-level solution design, business case and initial integration plan. This will prepare your teams and wider stakeholders for solution implementation.

Proof

We take a single use case and develop it into a proof of concept (POC) which is hosted in the vector8 environment. We start with a Discover process and move through to fully working POC which is accompanied by an impact business case and implementation plan to enable it to be moved into your environment and fully trained on your data. ​

More advanced entry points​

Scaled delivery (AI Transformation)

We take use cases right through to production in your environment to unlock the true value of AI quickly. Either using a vector8 accelerator or designing a new solution from scratch, we move through discovery into solution delivery and training. We then move to monitoring, incremental development and optimization. Often the power comes from more than one AI solution combining to deliver a powerful outcome.

Capability Build

You may have some capability in-house but want to scale it in a cost-effective way. You may also be looking to create an AI center of excellence from scratch and lack the bandwidth to do it effectively. ​​We use our in-depth market knowledge, recruitment capacity and technical expertise to hire and train a team dedicated to your business, providing you with a ready-made AI team. At an agreed point you can even opt to transfer the team in-house. We call this Build, operate, Transfer (BOT).​​
