We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and highly organised Growth Executive to support the commercial growth of our London-based business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a digital agency or similarly fast-paced environment. 

The ideal candidate will be well educated, commercially aware, and confident working across marketing, lead generation, and event coordination. You will play an important role in supporting business development activity, generating top-of-funnel opportunities, and building our brand presence. 

This role would suit someone with excellent narrative and storytelling skills, who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and commercially effective messaging. You should be confident constructing high-quality copy across a range of formats and able to demonstrate this through previous experience, whether in proposals, outbound, presentations, thought leadership, campaigns, or other new business materials. 

Just as importantly, you should bring a strong and credible interest in AI, with a working knowledge of the evolving landscape of tools, platforms, and use cases. We are looking for someone who is not only excited by AI conceptually, but who actively uses and experiments with modern AI tools, including agentic systems, to improve productivity, creativity, research, and workflow execution. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-changing ecosystem and confident in applying AI in a practical, hands-on way within a commercial environment. 

The Lead Architect plays a pivotal role at vector8. You will define, design, and build enterprise-grade data and AI solutions for some of the most complex organisations in France. You are not only an architect, but you are also a hands-on solution designer and occasional coder who shapes systems and guides teams through implementation.  

You bring deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture for data and AI, combined with the willingness and ability to dive into code, validate architectural decisions, and help delivery teams move forward. You are comfortable navigating complex system landscapes, legacy environments, and strict requirements around security, compliance, and data protection.  

In close partnership with vector8’s Principal Cloud & Enterprise Architect, you co-design the cloud, data, and AI foundations that enable organisations to scale AI from individual use cases to a sustainable, enterprise-wide capability.

The role is based primarily in France, with travel to client sites and collaboration with teams across Europe.

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at vector8, you will design, implement, and deploy AI solutions that bridge the gap between research and production. Your work will focus on integrating and fine-tuning AI Models, optimizing the model performance, and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability. 

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will: 

• Develop and optimize LLM and VLM-powered solutions for enterprise use cases
• Develop and optimize TTS, STT and ML models.
• Apply software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, modular design, documentation)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, MLOps, cloud architects, and business stakeholders)
• Solve real-world enterprise challenges (security, compliance, legacy system integration)
• Own the full lifecycle of AI models, from data exploration to production monitoring

You will work closely with vector8’s Engineers and Project Managers to co-design AI foundations that enable organizations to scale AI from individual use cases to enterprise-wide capabilities. 

The role is primarily based in Zurich, with occasional travel to client sites and collaboration with teams across Europe. 

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at vector8, you will design, implement, and deploy AI solutions that bridge the gap between research and production. Your work will focus on integrating and fine-tuning AI Models, optimizing the model performance, and ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, and scalability.
