Vector8 is thrilled to welcome Paris based Catherine F. Simon as the new Group Chief People Officer (CPO). Catherine brings a wealth of global experience and a proven track record in driving growth and fostering inclusive work environments.

Catherine's journey began in New York and has taken her across the Atlantic, where she has lived in Europe for nearly half her life. Her diverse background spans fashion merchandising, television production, and IT project management. In 2013, Catherine showcased her exceptional leadership by establishing the Serbian branch of Namics, a renowned Swiss digital agency and a Merkle company. Under her guidance, the team expanded to 50 software engineers within two years, cultivating an exemplary culture of inclusion and diversity, achieving a perfect gender balance.

From 2020 to 2023, Catherine served as Chief People Officer at Scaleway, where she strategically recruited over 400 employees while maintaining excellent Glassdoor ratings and high internal engagement scores. Her expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives consistently strengthened board and executive team collaborations, driving organizational success and performance.
